ASP.NET MVC Request.IsAuthenticated Cookie lost

Chrome 無法記住 localhost 的 cookie ，
所以造成 Request.IsAuthenticated 總是 false，
可是 firefox 、 IE 11 都正常，

真是可惡 ... 專案差點 DELAY ！！
